This painting was inspired by Queenslander homes in the countryside, and the Golden Pemba tree. During this period, I was keen to explore the elemental shapes of buildings and reduce the complexity of the image in order to highlight the shapes and colours within.
 
It's currently on sale as it is part of older work, and I'd love it to find its new home.
