"Limelight (ii) study" Original Painting
 
Size: The watercolour paper is cut to 14x14cm, and suits a mount window that is 13x13cm.
 
Materials: Professional fluid acrylics on 300gsm watercolour paper. 
 
This painting is based on a house that you can see on the way into Eumundi village on the Sunshine Coast. It sits flanked by many trees, including a large palm. At its base of this hill in real life there is a road, but I imagined that this home would be much happier sitting overlooking a lake.
