Returning postcards for a refund these conditions do apply:

• Postcards must be in mint new condition, not damaged
• Return postage is at clients' expense
• Returns to be received within 30 days of sale date
• Client to contact Julie via Contact Page or email for pre-approval of postcards returns before posting goods
• All return claims will be processed within 7 days of receipt of goods

All care is taken to ensure the items posted are packaged to avoid damage or loss, but if this sad event does happen and the item(s) arrive damaged, please contact Julie to discuss what to do next!

Items are usually posted within a 5-day timeframe. Care is taken to ensure the items are packaged safely for posting, and usually are sent express where possible.
