Materials: Professional fluid acrylics on 300gsm watercolour paper. 
 
Inspired by a beautiful little weatherboard building in the heart of New Farm shops, this little studio was advertised up for rent, and I just imagined an artist taking up residence here and painting to their heart's content. A glorious little building.
